Founded in 1998, Sikang chemical is a high-tech enterprise engaged in R & D, production and sales of organic fluorine / silicon new chemicals.

In 2015, in order to expand the business scale, the founder of Sikang Chemical Co., Ltd. established Longyan Sikang new materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company" and "Longyan Sikang") in Shanghang County, Fujian Province, and injected organic fluorine / silicon core business into the company as a whole. In November 2019, Ningde times (Stock Code: 300750) increased the capital of the company, and the company became a holding subsidiary of Ningde times, with the current registered capital of 65.3 million yuan. In December 2019, the company passed the national high-tech enterprise certification.

The company has participated in the formulation of a number of national industry standards, a number of products produced by the international chemical giant monopoly. The company's under construction projects "organic fluorine / silicon new synthetic material production project", "fluorocarbon heat transfer working medium expansion project" and "fluorine containing new energy material production project" are listed as key projects in Fujian Province.

Longyan Sikang has a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shidai Sikang new materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "shizikang"), which was established in April 2019 with a registered capital of 129.58 million yuan. Shidai Sikang mainly produces fluorine-containing lithium battery additives and related new materials, in order to improve the safety, calendar life, high-power fast charging and discharging and other superior performance of lithium battery in the whole life cycle, and enhance the competitiveness of lithium battery products. Time Sikang and Ningde times set up a research institute in Xiamen, dedicated to the in-depth research and development of new and high-performance lithium battery materials and fluorinated coolant.
